Robin Barton served as the Church Administrator for West Hills Community Church and in that time reformed many of the business processes of the church. In addition, she supervised the development and maintenance of the church website, implemented full use of a church management database, programmed custom databases and add-ons to third party software, provided statistical analysis of financial and attendance data, managed Accounts Payable and assorted accounting functions, supported the church computers, assembled the church budget, developed a crisis management plan, created presentations and desktop publishing products and overhauled the church newsletter.
